Our goal is to ensure that every young person, educator, and artist on Maui has access to the transformative power of the performing arts. As a leading advocate for the arts on Maui, we are committed to strengthening the role of theatre, music, and dance in education, community engagement, and economic growth.

• Expand Access to Arts Education – Ensure that all youth, regardless of financial barriers, have opportunities to engage in theatre, music, and dance education through scholarships, workshops, and school partnerships.

• Support Youth Productions & Performing Arts Camps – Provide funding, resources, and mentorship to expand youth theatre productions, summer arts camps, and year-round performing arts training, fostering creativity, confidence, and leadership skills.

• Empower Educators & Cultural Practitioners – Provide resources, grants, and training for teachers, theatre directors, and cultural practitioners to strengthen arts education and mentorship programs across Maui.

• Preserve & Celebrate Hawaiian Culture – Uplift Hawaiian storytelling, hula, and music traditions through theatre productions, educational initiatives, and community performances that keep cultural arts at the forefront of Maui’s identity.

• Bridge Generations Through Storytelling & Tradition – Foster intergenerational connections by uniting youth and kūpuna in cultural storytelling, mentorship, and performance-based programs that honor and preserve Maui’s artistic heritage.

• Develop Sustainable Career Pathways – Strengthen Maui’s creative economy by creating paid internships, mentorship programs, and professional opportunities in the performing arts, ensuring local artists and technicians can build lasting careers.

• Advocate for Arts Funding & Policy Support – Champion policies, funding opportunities, and public initiatives that secure long-term investment in performing arts education, community programming, and artist support, ensuring the arts remain a pillar of Maui’s future.
