The Wave of Harmony Foundation is a Maui-based nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every child has access to the arts, every educator has the resources to teach, and every artist has the opportunity to thrive.

Our initiatives nurture Maui performing arts education, support youth performing arts programs and celebrate Hawaiian cultural arts across the island.

• Plus One Ticket Program – Providing free theatre tickets for youth, families and kūpuna, ensuring everyone can experience the magic of live performance and deepening their connection to Hawaiian cultural arts.
   
• Youth Theatre & Performing Arts Camps – Sponsoring young artists so they can attend immersive camps and workshops—hands‑on youth performing arts programs that build skills and confidence.
   
• Road to the Arts – Removing transportation barriers by arranging rides for students and kūpuna to attend shows, rehearsals and cultural events, keeping Maui performing arts education accessible for all.
   
• Maui Theatre Shop – Serving as a resource hub where schools and community groups can borrow costumes, props and production equipment to bring both contemporary theatre and Hawaiian cultural arts to life.
   
• Maui Performing Arts Fund – Offering grants and financial support to schools, artists and educators to develop Maui performing arts education and expand their curricula.
   
• Harmony Support Fund – Providing emergency assistance to artists and theatre professionals facing hardship, helping them continue to share Hawaiian cultural arts with the community.
   
• Maui Performing Arts Alliance – Uniting educators, theatres and cultural leaders to collaborate on initiatives that strengthen youth performing arts programs and preserve cultural traditions.
   

Since launching, Wave of Harmony Foundation has strengthened Maui performing arts education and youth performing arts programs by:

• 6,500+ theatre tickets sponsored for youth, families and kūpuna, opening doors to live performances.
   
• 420 summer camp scholarships awarded, enabling young performers to hone their craft.
   
• Transportation for 60 participants to attend classes, rehearsals and shows—making the arts accessible.
   
• 10 individual sponsorships provided to youth, artists and educators for advanced training and resources.
   
• 8 youth productions funded and 1 community production sponsored, many celebrating Hawaiian cultural arts and storytelling.
