Your gift keeps the arts alive on Maui.
When you give to the Wave of Harmony Foundation, you’re ensuring that keiki, kūpuna, and families across Maui have access to the performing arts—whether through free community concerts, arts education, school programs, or support for local artists and theatres.
Every donation creates opportunity, builds connection, and helps our community heal and thrive through the arts. You can even designate where your gift goes, making your impact personal and meaningful.
Mahalo for being part of this movement.

ARTS FOR ALL
Keep Maui’s Performing Arts in Harmony
Maui’s performing arts community is the heartbeat of our island. From stirring musical performances to powerful dance and theatre, performers and the technical crews behind them bring our stories—and our Hawaiian cultural arts—to life. Their work inspires Maui performing arts education and fuels youth performing arts programs across the island. Yet many artists live paycheck to paycheck, so a sudden medical crisis, loss of housing or other emergency can jeopardize their livelihoods and the vibrancy of our arts scene. Our Harmony Care program steps in when artists need it most, helping them weather the unexpected so Maui’s creative spirit can continue to thrive.

Wave of Harmony Foundation extends gratitude to The Gilbert & Aileen Kam Chuck Charitable Trust. This partnership enables Wave of Harmony Foundation to serve as the 2024-2025 Season Sponsor for Theatre Theatre Maui, Maui OnStage Education and Youth Programs, King Kekaulike Drama Club, and the Baldwin Performing Arts Learning Center.
Ron Purdy, co-trustee of The Gilbert and Aileen Kam Chuck Charitable Trust and a part-time Maui resident, played a pivotal role in making this collaboration possible. Recognizing Maui's vibrant youth theatre community, Purdy has shown unwavering commitment to nurturing local talent and supporting their aspirations.

The Wave of Harmony Foundation has received a $130,000 contribution from founding supporters Marji Knowles and Michael Tibbott to establish a new initiative aimed at providing emergency support for Maui’s performing arts community.
